Ceradyne is the world leader in fused silica ceramic technology. We provide all varieties of Thermo-Sil® fused silica shapes along with engineered castable blends, with the primary goal of meeting all of our customer’s requirements. Our castable blends are formulated to have 30-40 minute working times for ease of use.
Products manufactured by Ceradyne’s Thermo Materials Division are 100% quality inspected. Thermo Materials has total employee involvement in our quality assurance program to ensure that every step in the production process is traceable and reliable.
The Thermo Materials Division of Ceradyne has supplied over 170,000 tempering rolls over the past 30 years. Our Thermo-Sil® tempering rollers are fitted with our patented ThermoWeld™ end caps, which are renowned for their reliability over extended operational periods.
