GANA Fall Conference
The GANA Fall Conference is scheduled for August 23-26,
2010 in Kansas City, MO. Each Division of GANA has
meetings planned at this event, along with the
non-Division Committees including Energy, Fire-Rated
Glazing, Marketing, and Protective Glazing.
Registration
Conference fees are due when registering. Mail a
check made payable to GANA for all fees or a credit card
with the Reservation Form.
Cutoff Date
All registrations must be submitted by August 2, 2010.
Registration Fees
Members $295
*Non-Members $600
Spouses $150
*Non-member companies attending a GANA
meeting for the first time will receive a $305 discount.
Non-members not eligible to receive the discount that
join GANA prior to 60 days after the meeting will
receive a $305 credit for its registration fees on
membership dues.
Cancellation Policy
Meeting Cancellation: The registration fee is
refundable (minus a cancellation fee of $150) if notice
of cancellation is received by
August 12, 2010. After this date, no refund
will be issued.
Accommodations
The event will be hosted at the Embassy Suites
Country Club Plaza, located 25 minutes from the Kansas
City International Airport, 10 minutes from downtown
Kansas City and situated on the Country Club Plaza. The
hotel features all suites, free breakfast and free daily
cocktail reception.
Room Rates
Single or Double: $115 plus tax
Check-In: 4:00 p.m. Check-Out: 12:00 p.m.
Transportation
The hotel is located 25 minutes from the Kansas City
International Airport. Airport shuttle transportation
can be scheduled through Super Shuttle, $18/one way, $31
roundtrip, at (800) 258-3826. For locations within 2
miles of the hotel, complimentary hotel shuttles leave
ever 30 minutes, starting at 7 am and ending at 10 pm.
